REGULATIONS

An option can be asked before booking, its deadline is fixed at 7 days. A deposit of 25% will be required to validate the reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive an email confirmation – only this confirmation from us validates your reservation. The completeness will then be paid under 30 days before the start of your stay.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.
Payment of the deposit and / or the full stay implies acceptance of the GTC or the provisions of the rental contract and the rules of the campsite.
Reservations only bind the campsite, if the campsite has accepted them, what the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, under any circumstances likely to harm the campsite. execution of the reservation made. CAPACITY

The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed given the available equipment. It can not be exceeded for reasons of security and insurance.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite for groups or families with a number of participants that exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation.

LOCATION

Location rental :

We put at your disposal a naked site, which can welcome up to 6 people, to install your tent, your caravan or your camper.
Location Price: This is a price per night of occupancy for 2 people, a facility and a vehicle. Pitches are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Any overrun results in the billing of an extra day. This package provides free access to health facilities, reception services, swimming pool (excluding colony without bathing supervisor), playgrounds and entertainment (July-August). Supplements: The persons (adults or children) or additional elements present on the site (electricity, second vehicle, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.

During your stay

It is up to the camper to make sure: the campsite declines all responsibilities in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, and in the event of an incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper.
All customers must comply with the rules of procedure.
Each camper in charge is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with him or visiting him.

To note :

The allocation of the places is carried out without distinction in the order of registration of the reservations. The Direction reserves the right to change the assignment of the location upon arrival of the camper.
Prices shown are valid for the current year. They correspond to one night, for locations, and are in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is 0.60 € per night and per person 18 years old and over.
For any delayed departure, you will be charged an additional day at the current night price.

Accommodation rental :

Definition of the rental seasons :

Refer to the rate cards.
Prices shown are valid for the current year. They correspond to one or more nights or to the week, and are in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is 1.30 € per night and per person over 18 years old.

Periods and duration of rental :

The arrival days are variable depending on the period (inquire directly with the campsite).

The rental rate includes :

Rental of accommodation, charges (water, electricity within the limit of 8 kWh per day – EDF tariff beyond), access to the services of the reception, the pool (excluding colony without a bathing supervisor) playgrounds and entertainment (July-August).
Rentals are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Any overrun results in the billing of an extra day.
Assignment, subletting: All rentals are registered and can not be assigned or sublet.

Security deposit :

Tenants must provide upon arrival a deposit of 200 €, the amount appears on the rates. The latter will be returned in its entirety on the day of departure after an inventory and a satisfactory exit inventory.
If the departure is made outside the opening hours of the reception and without control on our part, a cleaning fee will be charged 60 euros.
For any delayed departure, you will be charged an additional day at the current night price.

Otherwise it will be deducted from the deposit:
– The value of missing objects
– A lump sum of € 60 for inadequately cleaned installations.
– The amount of repairs in case of degradation due to the occupant.
– Degradations greater than the amount paid as security deposit will be charged to the customer after deduction of the deposit.

REGULATION OF STAY

The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of deposit.
Location – Rentals: The balance of the stay must be paid without a reminder from us 30 days before the date of arrival.

DELAYED ARRIVALS / ANTICIPATED DEPARTURES

In the absence of a written message from the camper, stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the location or the accommodation become available 12H after the date of arrival provided by the rental agreement, and full payment benefits are still required.
No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.

PROMOTIONS – SALES OF LAST MINUTE

On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be able to benefit from a refund representing the price difference they have paid and the promotional price. The discounts are not cumulative with promotions.

LOCATION CANCELLATIONS and locations

Cancellation by the camper
The cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantee offered by the campsite (excluding handling fees) provided that the clauses of the cancellation guarantee are respected.
No refund will be made without subscription of the cancellation guarantee stay. Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (Letter Registered with Acknowledgment of Reception) near the campsite. The reimbursement of the sums paid shall be deducted from the amounts specified below, by bank transfer (transmission of a mandatory Bank Statement).

If the cancellation occurs :

In case of subscription to the cancellation cancellation insurance :

* More than 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit paid will be reimbursed by the campsite after deduction of a flat rate of 50 € plus the booking fees, subject to compliance with the scope of the application. cancellation guarantee.
* Less than 30 days and up to 4 days before the start date of stay: the amount of the stay paid will be reimbursed by the campsite up to 70% of the amount of the stay subject to compliance with the scope of the guarantee cancellation.
* Less than 3 days before the arrival date: no refund will be made.

In case of non-subscription to the cancellation cancellation insurance :

* All monies paid will be kept by the campsite.
Cancellation of stay by Camping Etang Philippe BEFORE your arrival: In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. If you have already left your home, we will offer you to relocate to another accommodation or similar location without supplement.
If none of these offers satisfies you, the full amount paid will be refunded. However, this cancellation can not give rise to the payment of damages.
Any interrupted or abbreviated stay (late arrival, early departure) of your event will not give rise to any refund.

ANIMALS

Pets are allowed in the campsite (maximum 2 animals per rental, or per location) for a fee payable at the time of booking, except dogs of 1st and 2nd category. When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited near swimming pools, food shops and buildings. The vaccination card for dogs and cats must be up to date. A fee of € 10 per cover will be applied for additional cleaning due to the presence of the animal.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days following the stay.

DISPUTE

In case of dispute and after entering the “customer service” of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the opportunity to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint , by LRAR, from the operator. RULES OF PROCEDURE

All camper is required to comply with the rules of the campsite under penalty of up to the termination of the contract.

CAMPING RESPONSIBILITY

The customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite can not be held responsible, because of the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information that would be mentioned in the brochure or the website of the campsite regarding the pictures, the qualifiers, activities, hobbies, services and dates of operation. All photos and texts, used in the brochure or on the campsite’s website are not contractual. They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are removed, especially for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure as defined by the French courts.

COMPUTING AND FREEDOM

The collection of personal data, their use for the processing of orders and the creation of customer files and their dissemination to third parties responsible for the execution and payment of orders, is subject to the consent of the person concerned.
